Steve and his team at Has Bean quite simply live and breath coffee 24 hours a day. Their aim is to bring us the best coffee in the world. Steve nurtures close relationships with the plantation owners he buys from, spending much of his time in Africa, America and Asia, to bring back only the best beans.

When meeting Kas for the first time at his Waterloo Gardens Team Rooms in Cardiff our eyes were opened to the absolute pleasure of specialist teas. Served well they capture and enhance every sense and emotion known to mankind.

Bittersweet Bakers
Hailing from California, via New York, Arianna is an obsessive food lover that strives for the very best in taste experience, and always delivers. Working out of her Bermondsey kitchen she lovingly produces the most superb buns, tray bakes, cakes and cookies.

Yeast Bakery
A former marketing boy that loved to make pastry, Ben turned his life on its head and now works out of a gleaming bakery under a Hackney railway arch. His croissants are loved and adored across London and he is now a very busy man.

Seven Seeded
Our sourdoughs, focaccia and fruit loaves are made with only the very best ingredients by the Seven Seeded Artisan Bakery. At the heart of all their breads are four simple ingredients – flour, water, salt and olive oil – absolutely no artificial additives or unnatural improvers. Each loaf is made over two days, hand shaped and then baked direct on the oven floor to capture the true flavour with a crust to match.

Soffle’s
Soffle’s are a tasty snack of oven roasted pitta chips and the brainchild of Sophie (Soffles to her friends) from Hackney. Healthy yet moorish they are the delicious combination of pitta breads oven roasted with olive oil, chillies and garlic, salt and pepper.

Artisan Foods
Before starting Artisan Foods, Klaus was a successful chef with his own restaurant in Stoke Newington. Now Klaus has a bakery in Hackney, where Artisan Foods hand make our quiche and pretzels.
