espresso based drinks. Single origin coffees can
also be prepared for you by trained baristas in the
stunning ‘Chemex for two’.

with the occasional guests. Meticulously brewed
and served by our knowledgeable and passionate
tea sommeliers.

Sip an intense shot of organic hot chocolate or
savour the same indulgent chocolate experience
served long with steamed Northiam Dairy milk.

A refreshing array of cordials, crushes and juices
are complemented by a small list of hand-picked
wines and beers.

Eat all day from granolas, porridge
and buttered toast to grilled sandwiches, soups,
salads and quiches. We are of course biased but
you absolutely cannot leave without trying the
teacakes, tray bakes, cookies and buns.
